Levi Character Redesign?

So I'm redesigning Levi. You can see here how that is going. I might change him some more, but right now, this is where I'm at.

Many of you may know that I'm trying to draw a comic, or manga, or something. I'm not really sure what style, just my style. Anyway, this comic has been changing constantly over the past couple of weeks. And because of that, so are all the characters.

Here is the possible redesign for Levi. (The name will stay the same, but character will change. I'm drawing around the writing, not the other way)
So here is a break down of Levi, and why he looks this way:
In the comic, Levi has been created by Chiara (Who is now the protagonist/main Character of the comic) Because of this he shares many traits with her. They both have blue eyes, and the fold of hair, that could possibly be bangs, but aren't. At the same time, these two characters are supposed to be opposites. So Chiara has dark blue eyes, and Levi has light blue eyes. Levi has dark hair, and Chiara has light hair. The point of doing this is I'm trying to create contrast between the two characters. For instance, when you look at the characters in bright light, Chiara's eyes will stand out, but Levi's hair will stand out as well. This switches in a darker environment, where Chiara's hair will help her to stand out, and Levi's eyes will also stand out. I want these two characters to mimic each other, but be opposite in a way. I want them to be an embodiment of Yin and Yang.

So you may notice that Levi's Scars are gone. That is because his history has been scrapped. I have completely destroyed his past, so he has no scars anymore. But I might give them back to him later in the comic. I haven't decided yet.
